The material comes first
We confirm the finish, start with a delicate method and test an unfamiliar product on a small spot.
Ladom since 2019
We do not just clean: we put together a clear plan, match the care to the materials and stay on the line until the walkthrough.
A home should not have to adapt to cleaning. Since 2019 we have built the work so the cleaning accounts for the owner's habits, the materials and the order of things.
2019
The first Ladom visits were apartment cleanings. Before arriving, we confirmed the zones, the condition and the expectations, so the crew and the owner understood the task the same way.
Over time
Requests grew more varied: homes, small offices, windows and post-renovation spaces. Each format got its own checklist and its own supply kit.
Today
A coordinator owns the booking from the estimate to the walkthrough, and the crew checks the result against the same plan that was agreed before the visit.
We do not move things without a reason and we never pick a product before we know the material.
We confirm the finish, start with a delicate method and test an unfamiliar product on a small spot.
We do not rearrange personal items or equipment without agreement. After the work we put the zones we used back to their original order.
If the scope differs from what was agreed, the crew reaches the coordinator and the owner before any extra work starts.
Four roles cover agreement, zoning, working with residential interiors, and tough stains.
Visit coordinator
Clarifies the task, notes the surface quirks and puts together a clear visit plan for the client and the crew.
Lead cleaner
Assigns zones on complex visits and runs the agreed checklist before handing the result to the client.
Apartment specialist
Works in residential interiors, handles personal belongings with care and follows the care rules for each material.
Tough-soil specialist
Handles construction dust and stubborn everyday marks, always testing the material on a small spot first.
A new specialist first reviews the material standards and the order of zones, then works alongside a lead cleaner. They get an independent zone after an internal check.
We tell finish types apart, along with moisture limits and products that cannot be mixed.
We learn to separate living rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms so soil is not carried over.
We record the completed items and the quirks worth showing at the walkthrough.
A lead cleaner reviews the zone before the owner sees the result.
A one-size-fits-all kit does not go out on a visit. The set depends on the materials, the tasks and the number of zones.
Cloths and tools for the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms never mix.
We bring only what the agreed finishes and soils call for.
We match the kit to the checklist, so we do not swap the agreed method on site.
Tell us about the task. The coordinator will clarify the materials, the scope and the right cleaning format.
